Scottsdale police finally arrested DMX at his home yesterday after they claim he broke 100 MPH at three separate checkpoints back in January.

According to police, stationary cameras first snapped DMX in triple digits around 8:24 PM . One minute later he was spotted again — this time doing 114. Three minutes later he was clocked doing 101 … and he did all that in a yellow 1966 Chevy Nova II.

DMX, real name Earl Simmons, faces charges of racing on a highway, reckless driving, two counts of endangerment, three counts of criminal speed and driving on a suspended license.

Neither Mariah Carey  nor Nick Cannon are talking about their alleged wedding, but everyone else is.   Bishop Clifford Perry  of the National Church of God tells  People magazine that he presided at a ceremony, marrying the couple in the Bahamas, but offered no details about the shindig. A court clerk confirmed that the couple had taken out a marriage license, which a Bahamian attorney said “is a valid marriage even if it’s not filed. Anywhere in the world.”  Jacob the Jeweler is talking now too.  He says he designed a ring that Nick bought for Mariah for the wedding.  Let’s  talk  size  cuz  size matters with the ring  !!!! Seriously  Mariah  musta  put in on  Nick who’s 11 years  younger than her!!! Jacob the Jeweler  put out a press release about the ring saying its 17 carats!!!  OOOOOOO EEEEEEEEE. The  ring is platinum with an emerald  cut pink diamond surrounded by 58 pink diamonds with a pair of half moon diamonds on each side it’s valued at 2 and a half MILLION  dollars !! Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are ALREADY MARRIED.

The pair wed in a secret ceremony on Wednesday, according to LATINA magazine.

A “source” close to Cannon - probably his publicist - ratted the newlyweds out! The nuptials are said to have taken place on an island(Bahamas it’s rumored) and the small ceremony was “very impulsive,” according to the source.

Let’s hope it wasn’t legally binding!  Or let’s hope she got a good prenup!Some reports  say  there was no pre0nup!!  uuuggghhh say  it ain’t  so Mariah !!!
