-- The Unsigned Showdown launches on Saturday, February 7, 2004 with the votes coming from people calling in their votes through the station phone lines
-- On June 5, 2004 Theory & Ice end up with the same amount of votes. Dub & Biggs go into an overtime round and Theory wins and gets retired by the skin of his teeth. Theory and Ice just happened to be friends
-- On December 4, 2004 a young artist by the name of Jus Mula enters the Showdown. Although not winning, The radio station opened their eyes to the young artist's talents as he is now one of the most popular local artists in the state
-- The 1st Annual Underground Jam concert happens at Toads Place on February 9, 2005. Nobody expected it to be a success, but the number of people that came out was overwhelming, even to the venue itself. At the start of the show, K-dubasis Runnindis delivers his angered speech to the packed crowd.

-- Motive comes out to perform at the 1st Annual UG Jam and brings along his DemiGod brother Apathy. The CT legend ripped the stage!
-- Because the Showdown wouldn't exist if it wasn't for a group of CT local talent already making an impact on Hot 93.7, Dub & Biggs brought out Kid Fresh and DJ Craig G at the 1st Annual UG Jam to pay respect to the artists that paved the Hot 93.7 local path. The list included...The Paperboyz, Wicked, Pharcity, Messenger Records, ToshaMakia, Lone da Largest, Jonessa Monique, Xavier Aeon, Milo Sheff, Gun Denero, and Donna Black
-- July 29, 2006 a CT duo by the name of Mook N Fair enter the showdown. Just like Jus Mula, they now have one of CT's biggest buzz's
--Toward the end of season 3, Cincere became the first female artist retired by the people and earned a spot to perform at the 3rd annual UG Jam
-- On July 7, 2007 a new and improved Unsigned Showdown hit airwaves. The popular segment was opened to the whole New England and Tri-State areas and had a new online voting system. The page would end up being Hot 93.7's most popular page on the entire website spawning other radio stations to follow the same trend.
-- On January 26, 2008, Chemist of the Union860 gets retired making Union860 the only artist (s) in Showdown history to grace the UG Jam stage 3 times in 3 years!
